|Group Sales Manager
|To manage, supervise and coordinate the activities and operations of the Group Sales Department, including sales calls, making client appointments and achieving sales goals, as well as managing and growing Group Sales accounts.
|Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of all Group Sales programs and activities.
Develop and implement all aspects of annual sales plan.
Track and manage daily, weekly, monthly sales reports.
Works with promoters on Group Sales plans and budgets.
Plan and coordinate theme night promotions and special events for businesses, fans, and all applicable clients to create new revenue streams.
Solicit new business opportunities for Group Sales department.
Qualify contacts and large groups through e-mail database system.
Handle day-to-day group sales operations: fielding inbound calls, conducting outbound call blocks, and scheduling off site meetings with clients.
Develop flyers, collateral, and promotional materials for event activities.
Collaborate with marketing to maximize sales opportunities.
Process all group and premium ticket orders via Paciolan system.
Event day responsibilities as required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
|Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with coursework in Business, Communications, Marketing, Facility/Sports Management or other related field.
Minimum 1-2 years sales management experience preferred.
Strong outreach skills and tracking of prospective clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Strong management, motivational & organizational skills required.
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to work event nights/weekends as required.
